How do I get my tickets?
After completing your purchase, tickets are sent instantly to your email and available in your account dashboard.
Can I transfer or refund my ticket?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. For special circumstances, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Is there an age restriction?
Most BMOOVD events are 18+. Age requirements are listed clearly on each event page.
How does check-in work?
Present your QR code (on your phone or printed) at the door. Our team will scan and admit you in seconds.
